DR. JEN'S TOP TIPS

WATER WATER WATER!!! There is no substitute for water. Soda isn't water. Juice
isn't water. Coffee isn't water. Ask Dr. Jen why water is so important for your
health.

Microbreak: Several times a day you should stop what you're doing, stand up as
tall as you can, reach both arms towards the sky, take a deep breath in and
stretch from fingers to toes as you breathe out. Your spine will thank you.

"Motion is lotion". A respected colleague, Dr. Paige Morgenthal, used
to say this as a way to remind us that without movement, arthritis and
degeneration will have an opportunity to creep in and cause problems. Keep your
body moving so your joints can stay lubricated. A chiropractic adjustment can
move specific joints that are sticky or already stuck.
4.
Breathe - Believe it or not, some of us aren't getting enough oxygen. Every
day, several times a day, we should all take a moment to take a few deep
breaths. You will see the benefits in your skin, nails, hair, and energy
levels.
5. Make YOURSELF a priority. If YOU don't take care of YOU,
YOU won't be able to take care of anyone else. So don't put it off any longer.
